HOW TO PREPARE
Follow these tips to make the most of this event:
- Look at the list of participating schools (see below) and check out their Web sites to identify programs that interest you.
- Prioritize your list of schools to make effective use of your time at the event.
- Dress appropriately: first impressions count! Business casual is the recommended attire.
- Bring questions for the schools (e.g., What are your course offerings?) and be prepared to answer questions (e.g., Why do you want to attend graduate school?).
- Bring a pen, and if you share your contact info, be sure to write legibly! Grad school recruiters sometimes mention they can't follow up with students because they can't read their writing. Consider bringing your own mailing labels to affix to forms.
